Who we are
Gkinis Visuals is an all in one marketing and content agency based in Larnaka, Cyprus. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit this website or get in touch with us.
Contacting us via WhatsApp
Our contact form doesn't submit to a server or database, it opens WhatsApp with your name, chosen service, city and message pre-filled, so you can review and send it yourself. From that point, the conversation is a normal WhatsApp chat between you and Gkinis Visuals, and is handled according to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We keep those conversations only for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and deliver any project that follows.
The newsletter signup
The email newsletter signup on this site is not yet connected to an email service provider. At the moment, submitting the form does not send your email address anywhere or store it on our servers. We'll update this policy with full details (including how to unsubscribe) once a provider is connected.
Theme preference
If you switch between dark and light mode, that choice is saved locally in your browser (via localStorage) so the site remembers it next time you visit. This isn't personal data, isn't a tracking cookie, and never leaves your device.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites.
Other websites we link to
We link out to Instagram, Facebook and our Pixieset portfolio gallery. Once you leave our site, those platforms' own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
Under EU/Cyprus data protection law, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you (typically just your WhatsApp conversation history with us) and to have it deleted. To make a request, message us via the Contact page.
